The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and we particularly enjoyed chatting with Cédric. The room was a great size and really clean. We also loved the decor of the hotel (scandi style). The location was great for walking in and out of the city centre and had plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff. Convenient for great shopping street. 5-minute walk from Tram/Metro stop at Louise - uphill to hotel if you have heavy bags though. Foyer looked great and breakfast was fab.

This was our first stay at the Hygge Hotel and we liked the place right away. As the name suggests, the hotel is designed with scandi aesthetics in mind and equipped with Nordic furniture brands such as Hay, Gubi, Muuto, Menu or String shelving system. The hotel lobby with reception and dining hall are beautifully designed with great features and spots to explore. Our room was spacious and cosy with enough natural light and a super comfortable bed. We were only surprised that the room didn't have a fridge and we couldn't find a pair of wine glasses nor a bottle opener. Overal, we did enjoy our stay and would love to come back.

The decor was beautiful and the staff were super friendly and helpful. the night concierge Bob was the best.!!! comfy beds nice location with easy access to the metro and eateries. Definitely stay again. We were a group of 3 and the room had plenty of space for us.

Location was convenient, close to shops, busy streets and a metro station, but the street itself was very quiet. Easy to reach by public transport, although be prepared to walk couple of hundred meters from nearest stops. The hotel is very clean and the bed was the best I've ever slept in in a hotel. Breakfast is decent compared to its price, if you're not a fan of searching a nice breakfast place around town before your morning coffee.

The hotel was very well maintained, cleanly, and was perfect for a few days staying in Brussels. The room was very comfortable and stylish, with a sleek design that was still very homey and easy to relax in. The location of the hotel was ideal for our stay, once off the main street that is very nearby which is a bit chaotic and touristic. The staff made the process of checking in and navigating our travel throughout the trip very easy. While we did not have breakfast at the hotel during our stay, the breakfast room and lobby were great resources throughout the trip.
